DON’T GOT THE TIME ???

A great little thing about exercise is that you can get a great workout in 30 minutes or less. You have 30 minutes, right? If you feel like you don’t have enough time to work out take an inventory of your day – how much time do you watch TV in the evening, could you get up 30 minutes earlier, Could you cut down the amount of time you spend on Facebook or surfing the web. We all have a little time in the day to do something healthy for our heart and mind. Exercise releases the stress of the day, gives you extra energy and gets your mind focused for tasks you need to accomplish. I’m going to do my workout right now!
